Jenny Jones is the Broker Owner, Realtor, and Property Manager of NEW BEGINNINGS REALTY and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. She is an Erie, PA native and a Business Management graduate of El Camino College in Torrance, California. Post-graduation, Jenny was employed as the Property Manager for Aeroplex Aerolease Group at Van Nuys Airport in Van Nuys, CA.
Jenny has been in the real estate business since 2015 in Terre Haute. She graduated from the Leadership Academy in 2018 for outstanding work towards positive change and significant contributions to the Indiana real estate industry. She was top sales producer in both 2018 and 2020, and also won the “Image Award” from Terre Haute Area Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (THAAR) in 2020. She has served on the Board of Director’s for THAAR since 2018, as Director, Secretary, Vice President and now President. Jenny is very involved in many community projects and events.

Candyce Jean Kesler
Candyce Jean Kesler, better known as Candy or Mom, was the co-founder of NEW BEGINNINGS REALTY and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and the mother of Jenny Jones. She was the ray of sunshine in the office, sitting in the front right when people walked into the business. With a hug and a "hey sunshine," she was sure to make everyone feel at home. Candy grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana and Erie, Pennsylvania. Before helping Jenny open the business, she worked at Raytheon Corporation as a Supply Chain Manager. Although she loved her career in Supply Chain Management, her proudest professional accomplishment was opening NEW BEGINNINGS REALTY and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT with the one she was most proud of, her daughter, Jenny. She is certainly going to be missed, but she made an impact on so many people, that she will live on through them.

Mechelle Padgett is our Property Manager at New Beginnings Realty and Property Management. She is a Terre Haute, Indiana native and a Business Management graduate of Harrison College in Terre Haute, IN. Prior to attending college, shortly after graduating high school, Mechelle left Terre Haute and joined the United States Navy. She served seven years on active duty and was trained as an Air Traffic Controller. The last few years of active-duty Mechelle served as a United States Naval Recruiter, where she was trained proficiently in sales. After completion of her naval recruiting sales training, she was awarded with a certificate in Professional Selling Skills. During her time as a recruiter, she was awarded top recruiter and was recognized in the Recruiter Hall of Fame for Naval Recruiting District St. Louis.
After Mechelle's time in the Navy, she took her sales knowledge, coupled with her leadership and management skills and entered into the property management industry. She brings over 15 years of expertise in property management to New Beginnings Realty and Property Management.
